One quick note here. While Lenny's conversation with Bob Moesta inspired me to kick off this process, my process differed from what he recommends in his new book "Job Moves." I recommend checking that out, too, if this topic interests you.
Thanks Ethan! It's kind of like tuning product-market fit between you and your career. Any interest in sharing your Enneagram? If I recall, some of my biggest weaknesses are areas where you are really strong!
Yeah. I was amazed when we took these a while back how we complemented each other. And itβs definitely good that we balance out some of each others strengths and weaknesses.
And donβt start. My chiseled rock star looks are what carry the audio version of The Breakout Growth Podcast.
Ha, "the helper" was my lowest score! I guess that's why we've worked so well together starting 25+ years ago. Good to complement each other rather than just replicate each other.
"The hilarious" would work for you if it was based on looks, but it's more of a personality test :)

Great piece Sean.
Thanks for sharing.

Hey Sean, do you remember which Enneagram test you used? There seem to be quite a few providers out there. Thanks!

Found it. Looks like my strongest traits are:
Type 2, The Helper
Type 7, The Enthusiast
Type 6, The Loyalist
Type 3, The Achiever
Although I feel like it leaves out βThe Hilariousβ π
