Great question, Alexandre! While AI can generate marketing strategies and content, the real challenge is knowing which strategies will actually drive growth. That’s why agencies need to shift from execution to a more consultative role—helping clients engineer and iterate smarter Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.

The most successful agencies aren’t just producing creative or managing ad spend—they’re guiding experimentation, retention strategies, and monetization optimization. AI is a powerful tool, but its impact depends on how it’s applied to full-funnel growth. Smart agencies will likely play a bigger role in consulting and GTM enablement.
